I am in charge of all payroll for employees, I write out checks to pay off our accounts with businesses, handle all invoices, estimates, and waivers. I also take it all client calls and schedule estimates. I’m the initial point of contact. I do all physical labor that comes with the jobs as well.

I was in charge of receiving as well as a client manager for 2 clients. I was a team lead on a crew of 6 people as well.

I worked at a call center for the unemployments card issued by us bank. I would take calls regarding issues customers had with their cards not working, needing replacements, filing fraud, or lost cards.

I was in charge of processing citizens utility payments, sending out late notices, taking deposits to the bank, and paying account for the town.
