I am a responsible organized leader with great communication skills and experience in working with an array of people. I am the Warehouse Lead for new hire on-boarding and community volunteer projects. Implementing programs and process to improve safety and the overall production has improved the moral and bottom line. I responsible for but not limited to: Warehouse Optimization to fit the needs of the operation, utilizing SAP to manage inventory,run the day to day operation, and ensure stock rotation through EIM, managing inbound/outbound transports, daily check in/out processes for our drivers to ensure proper credit given, correct product on truck, handheld load out as well as truck audits. Providing customer service to my internal as well as my external customers, ensuring there order and product is the fresh, on time and order is in full.I have managed all aspects of the 108,000 square foot warehouse from graveyard to day shift. I am currently the Warehouse Supervisor for two different functions Tuesday-Friday I am responsible for the second shift who build and load the the orders for our night delivery operation and sets the tone for the rest of the night. On Saturday I am responsible for warehouse crew who unloads transports, loads reloads and replenish the warehouse as well as have the responsibility for checking in our drivers as they come back and end their day. I currently manage 55+ CBA employees.
