Prepare Trial Notebooks for each case before trial. Pleadings and Correspondences are organized and maintained as are entire files managed on a daily basis. Schedule and maintain travel arrangements and calendaring. Research applies to state and federal laws and how they apply to each individual case as well as background checks and social media research and basic Internet research. I have organized and maintained reference materials that include legal documents, medical journals and articles, reports and as well as Safety Rules and materials. I have experience with Microsoft Outlook, ProLaw, Groupwise, Westlaw, Electronic Filing, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Pacer, and Lexis Nexis. I am also a Notary Public.
