- East&North region training team management • Team members include 3 trainers and 6 on-counter mentors; • Set up team/individual goals based on objective oriented methodology; • Motivate team members to accomplish goals and develop their capability; • Finance budge control based on training targets; - Training project development • Set up training plan to help regional business development; • Develop training materials, including new product and capability training; • ORIGINS New Beauty Guides (BG) on-counter training project innovation and execution; • Internal TTT(Training The Trainers) execution;- Co-work with other departments • With Sales: Optimize trainings based on updated opportunities; • With Marketing: Sales talk design for regular marketing events; • With HR: Brand promotion via ‘VIP class’；

- Training project development and management • Responsible for OLAY training supervisor (TS) on-boarding training, TS College and new product training program all over the country; • Optimize training materials and coordinate between internal and external professionals who to provide a variety of courses; • Internal TTT(Training The Trainers) for OLAY Training Supervisors who deliver classroom trainings to beauty guides; • Track the training schedule execution for New OLAY training supervisors;
