With more than 35 years experience in the Property Management industry, Angela has extensive knowledge in managing most types of properties including Conventional, A+ Development, Lease Ups, Single Family, Affordable, Student and Military Housing. She began her career in Nashville, TN and later relocated to the Atlanta, GA market for sixteen years prior to moving back the the "Greater Nashville Area". Angela has held senior leadership roles with industry recognized national companies, both privately owned, as well as, publicly held REIT’s. Portfolios have included properties in seventeen states, specializing in acquisition, disposition, new development and redevelopment.She holds a Bachelor of Science degree and has earned industry designations such as CPM® (Certified Property Manager), COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist), TCS (Tax Credit Specialist) and CDPM (Certified Defense Property Manager). She is affiliated with the Institute of Real Estate Management , National Apartment Association, National Association of Residential Property Management and the National Board of Realtors. Angela is also a Principal Broker with licenses in five states. She has received company achievement awards for demonstrating outstanding managerial spirit and accomplishment including “Director of Property Management of the Year”, “Regional Property Manager of the Year”, “Sensational Service Award” and “Winner’s Circle”. Her guiding principle has always been and continues to be to “Do the right thing”.
