As a trauma therapist, I work with my clients one-on-one, both online and at my practice in Zurich. I also lead workshops on Embodied Resilience and trauma-informed practice, and I work as a coach with organizations to deepen trauma-informed leadership.In my work, the focus is on relational capacity and embodiment, drawing on Somatic Experiencing, NARM, movement therapy, Inner Science, and the joy of life.Als Traumatherapeutin begleite ich meine Klienten 1-1 online und in meiner Praxis in Zürich, ich leite Workshops in Embodied Resilience und trauma-informiertem Wirken und arbeite als Coach mit Organisationen um trauma-informierte Führung zu vertiefen.In meiner Arbeit steht die Beziehungsfaehigkeit und die Verkörperung im Mittelpunk und baut auf Somatic Experiencing, NARM, Bewegungstherapie, Inner Science und Lebensfreude auf.
