Responsible for growing tax department to serve a complex, global public business. Directed the performance of the tax team, including but not limited to M&A activity, tax planning, provisioning and analysis, and staff development. Oversaw all domestic and international tax related areas, including income, sales/use, provisioning, compliance, and strategy. Lead and managed the global tax strategy and all associated tactical efforts regarding compliance, tax financial reporting, transfer pricing, acquisition (including integration), transfer pricing, and audits.

• Managing quarterly and annual tax provision for 2B+ company including over 60 subsidiaries worldwide.• Managing compliance for all domestic corporations including R&D credit, Sec.199 deduction, mutli-state reporting, and transfer pricing.• Managed major internal corporate restructuring and related tax analysis for international re-domestication of parent corporation.• Executed several acquisitions including complex international structuring decisions.• Integral team member for launching new businesses in several jurisdictions including China, Chile, Mexico, and Brazil.• Manage transfer pricing and cost account system including an entire revamp of our transfer pricing strategy and related maintenance methodology.• Key resource for internal tax issues in payroll, trade compliance.
