As a Leadership and Personal Performance Coach I work with managers, team leaders and supervisors to help them to identify their strengths and to work on the areas within management that they seek to improve, in order to make them more visible as successful future leaders. I use DISC profiling and coaching techniques to provide insight into the individual's communication preferences, and also to help them to understand how best to communicate with all of the personalities they will encounter, getting the best results from their teams.I also have over 20 years of experience in Finance (CIMA Associate) with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. My career in finance and commercial roles within corporates allowed me to see what good looks like, but also the pitfalls of poor Leadership. Coaching now allows me to take these lessons and use this knowledge to help develop the next generation of leaders. I believe that coaching is a powerful tool for unlocking potential, enhancing performance, and creating positive change.
