I have over 22 years of experience in actuarial and employee benefits consulting, benefits administration and process redesign, including management and supervision of large, complex projects and teams. Areas of focus include retirement plan data validation and cleansing, plan operational and compliance assessments, pension plan conversion/implementation and operational consulting including project management. Other experience also includes current state process assessment, future state design, gap analysis, implementation roadmap development and execution of implementation action plans.
