Duties:• Circulation of library material within library policies; • maintenance of financial records of money collected for library fines, fees, lost book charges, collection of bad checks, etc.• work closely with Library Automation Dept in the setting and implementation of the library services platform (ExLibris Alma) to conform to the school calendar and policies; • stay current with all updates in the system and ensure that staff learns all necessary procedures and act as the master trainer as necessary; • place and remove library holds on student records in the administrative BANNER system; • oversight and backup of statistics relevant to department and library needs, • ordering and processing text books for course reserves for all locations, handling grants budgets for same I also handle borrower questions and concerns regarding circulation services, copy and print services, and building security in all locations.
