Through an extensive experience of over 20 years within the telecomms industry my passion is still for delivering our customers with a great experience.I strongly believe that the delivery of a great customer experience is the most important element of any deal for both new and existing customers. I am driven to do what is "right" for our customers whilst balancing this with the financial needs of the business to ensure both growth and profitability.By personally dealing with customer issues means I can identify the root cause of failure, current trends, and work as a wider team to ensure delivery of continuous business improvement. I also support the strategic development of the business through understanding what our customers want and need.
