Prioritizing incoming applications based on program qualifications and customers needs. Directing clients through application, intake, and interview process.Determining eligibility for government program through interviews with client, verification of employment and participation in support services, and based on household income and size. Processing outgoing mail. Advising clients of other support services that could benefit the family and referring them as needed. Maintaining active files for caseworkers as well as archived files for the department.Participating as part of the activity committee, developing ideas for employee enhancement in the workplace including fundraisers, charity work and special events.

Assisting Food Service Director in daily operations of all food service facilities. Coordinating monthly breakfast andlunch menus keeping with all state and federal government guidelines and appealing to tastes of both residents and staff ranging in age from 5-75. Managing food costs by implementing USDA commodity processing pounds and weekly analysis of vendor costs, reducing spoilage and maintaining level supplies of daily use items. Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all food safety measures, food production records, reimbursable meals, dining hall meal counts, home meal counts, inventories and spoilage. Responsible for nutritional analysis of all menu items and record keeping for eligibility in the National School Lunch Program and the Healthy School Food Challenge. Coordinating, ordering for, decoration, serving and break down of all catering events on campus. Coordinating any meals or snacks taken on school or home trips. Hands-on food preparation and serving as needed.

Training and coaching staff and maintaining company merchandising and customer service standards throughout the park at 5 retail locations. Scheduling employees at staying within corporate set budget while maintaining optimal level of customer service. Processing invoices to be paid by corporate office.
