Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences Campus Life and Wellness. Student Government Association and Student Organization management and oversight. Student Disability services, Student Learning Communities, Deputy Title IX Coordinator and serves as the COSGP National Liaison elect on the National Council of Student Affairs.

Serves as the campus Title IX Deputy Director. Also responsible for the overall functioning and performance of the Department of Student Affairs and Services, providing day-to- day leadership and direction with respect to policies, practices, systems and operations in Student Engagement/Campus Life, Students with Disabilities, Student Success, Career Development, Financial Aid, Student Wellness, Counseling Services, Department Budgets and other areas as needed. Oversees scheduling and work assignments, is responsible for ensuring quality standards, completing evaluations, handling complaints, grievances and appeals. Leads all Graduation, White Coat an Orientation activities. Advises Student Senate and all affiliated organizations regarding policies and procedures. Serves as advisor to the Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management in regards to student issues, feedback and concerns. Oversees operation of student affairs budgets and contracts, maintains responsibility for student services event planning, assists in administering academic programs, acts as liaison with departments and alumni organizations as needed, represents institution at campus and community events, and participates in various campus committees such as Academic Standards, Student Success, Student Disabilities, Student Affairs Committee and Scholarship Committees.

Adjunct instructor for the department of continuing education in areas of corporate development, business management, customer service, human resources, professional and executive development. Provided instruction for large corporate events with over 200 participants.

Primarily responsible for developing and implementing career development programs including values/interests assessment, career counseling and advisement, student work study, resume writing, interviewing, portfolio development, on- and off-campus recruitment, job search strategies, employer relations and recruitment, the internship program, the Advisory Board and the Alumni Association. Work in close collaboration with the Campus Director, the Director of Business and the Diector of Education, to further develop and provide students a coherent and developmental array of experiences.

Served as legal assistant and paralegal in Oil and Gas areas of law. Litigation and contracts.
