CAREER OBJECTIVESI am very dedicated and loyal to my employers. As long as I can stay close to data, I will be happy; whether it is troubleshooting, testing, producing or transferring data. I consider myself a programmer (it’s my passion), but I also call myself a data analyst.Recently was caught in a lay off in June as an IT Support Analyst, I worked with the US Postal Service maintaining all data to comply with 100% correctness that required strict error percentage validation that could result in fines. With Siemens as a Systems Analyst, working from home until their reduction in workforce of 3500 workers ended on July 25, 2014.Was a research analyst involved in the Data Warehouse redesign, and used Business Objects, worked in IBM’s Statistical Analytics and Data Mining tool.As an Implementation Consultant, evaluated client needs & used SQL to evaluate & convert data.Over 15 years programming experience. Over 5 years Business/Account Analyst & Account/Project Manager experience. Processing add on sales thru billing, start to finish. Extensive experience with users at multiple levels. Evaluating user specific data processing needs, analyzing the problem areas, determining best practice solutions, maintaining a work-in-process project plan, while building multiple levels of documentation, installed software & trained. I have a bachelor’s degree in CIS from WTAMU and 2 associate’s degrees in programming from Amarillo College. I completely Documented all current systems where there was no documentation. I was the backup List Processor & handled the overflow when needed. I was the main contact when any data problem arose and quickly and completely fixed and manipulated the data until correct. Many times the data was corrected and the products were out the door without even bothering my boss, the CEO. I did research and had constant contact with the USPS assigned Analyst as we did troubleshooting.
