Angela Byrd Reed is a speaker, orator, corporate senior project lead, innovation coach, master facilitator,  media talent, host/emcee, and writer. With a career background that spans from public relations, marketing, and broadcast media to education, entertainment, and corporate training, Angela has worked with a host of non-profit and civic organizations, education systems, and companies such as Sony Pictures, Roboyo USA, Porsche Cars of North America, and Chick-fil-A.  Her experiences have provided her the opportunity to help franchise business owners, entrepreneurs, administrators, educators, ministry leaders, and emerging organization leaders grow their businesses and organizations, build their brands, ignite their influence, and share their stories while impacting others.A naturally caffeinated communicator, Angela was identified as a public speaker in the second grade after her teacher encouraged her to compete in oratorical speaking competitions.  For over 30 years, Angela has exercised her gift of communication by connecting with people through the power of storytelling, seeking common ground, and infusing inspiration with action.Passionate about reaching the masses, Angela has worked in television as a reporter, radio as a news show host, and print journalism as a writer. The former Miss Georgia America & Miss Georgia USA competitor has served as an advocate for child abuse awareness, early childhood education, and youth development by working alongside organizations such as Prevent Child Abuse Georgia, The Sunshine House, the Georgia Early Education Alliance for Ready Students, Dekalb County School System, Gwinnett County Public Schools, and the Gwinnett County School Police BlueCares Program. A proud graduate of Georgia Southern University, Angela obtained her degree in Communications, was crowned Homecoming Queen 2006, and recipient of the university’s prestigious John F. Nolen Leadership Award.  She is a member of Hope and Life Fellowship Church, co-leading the couples ministry with her husband, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, the Board Chairperson for the outreach non-profit LockStep Corporation, Co-Chair for her son’s Local School Council, and volunteer with the Chick-fil-A Foundation.Angela’s most beloved titles are wife and mother! She is married to her wonderful husband and they are the proud parents of three amazing little children!
