Haynes Professional Services is an executive search firm that works extensively within the industrial (automotive, appliances, aerospace) and consumer goods industries. My role includes identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels and assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.

• Write original content for each quarterly issue of the magazine. • Interview subjects of the articles or experts contributing to the articles. • Research and fact-check material.• Work closely with the editor to develop content for the magazine.

• Maintained professional and confidential communication with students, parents, faculty, staff, and administrators. • Developed and administered performance standard projects and assessments; analyzed and applied plans for improvement. • Pivotal partner in the creation and piloting of the Senior Project curriculum in Cherokee County. • Attended national meetings, created the Senior Project program at Sequoyah High School, then rolled it out to the entire county. • Created a curriculum for and teach a new class (Honors Advanced Composition). • Taught both AP literature and honors literature classes. • Responsible for creating original daily lesson plans for a variety of grade levels. • Attended the AP Summer Institute sanctioned by College Board and completed the gifted endorsement classes taught by Georgia RESA.
