Creative entrepreneurs need time to focus on their areas of expertise and passion, to produce what they are experts at. In order to achieve focus, they need to not worry about administrative tasks and know that everything is being expertly managed so that they can produce their masterful projects on time, and on budget. By coordinating projects from start to finish, brainstorming and implementing ideas and strategies, managing client services and helping with day-to-day administrative tasks, I offer creative entrepreneurs freedom, time and the ability focus on their creative visions.

Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of aphotographic studio including:•responding to customer's phone and email requests for photography, art reproduction, printing and lamination• photo shoot management involving hiring crew, booking sites, studios and talent as necessary, renting photographic equipment, reserving or purchasing props, supplies and other third-party services, reconciling expenses and ensuring accurate final bill to client• managing Principal Photographer's daily schedule of photo shoots and various appointments• providing estimates for full range of services• database management including creation and management of dockets, customer records and photographic databases• invoicing using QuickBooks• supervision of employees including freelancers and students• designing and implementing sales promotions• working with multiple suppliers to maintain inventory and negotiate costs• PhotoShop work including retouching of art, portraits and various location photographs, as well as basic colour correction and path creation• digital delivery of final files via disc, web gallery or ftp upload• use of Canon 5D Mark II to shoot full HD video on green screen in studio• video editing using Final Cut Pro• use of Adobe InDesign for page layout and pre-press work

Responsible for day-to-day operations including:• customer service, image searches, database management, delivery of materials, negotiation of rights-managed images, PhotoShop work, organization of new material and couriers.

Responding to incoming sales requests, editing researched images, providing estimates and following up on all potential sales.
