I manage a dynamic team who are responsible for sales and sales support. The team handle a large volume of incoming enquiries including, sales orders, requests for quotations for our services and actively pursuing new business. As a team we ensure all enquiries are handled quickly and efficiently. My position is responsible for reporting and analysing sales figures, contributing to the company's strategic development and take an active role as a member of the management team, run and maintain projects and maximising sales.

Supervising a team of 5 staff, responsible for all customer services which includes reporting, placing orders, quotes, dealing with enquiries and taking calls while ensuing the smooth running of the department and providing regular training to ensure a high level of quality for our customers

This position included the completion of technical specifications for diagnostic instrumentation, including expressing interest, researching responses and working to strict deadlines. I am provided full administration support to the Technical department including processing service report forms, creating invoicing and purchase orders, monitoring sick and holiday, book all travel and monitor expenditure, take calls from customers and schedule Field Engineers calls outs as required.
