I teach group fitness to university students and faculty, and in the process, support their physical and mental-well being.

I was responsible for improving the academic standing of ten specially chosen students in the fourth grade. These were students who had the ability to perform highly in class, but needed a bit of encouragement and more challenging tasks which inspired creativity. These were students who had the ability to perform highly in class, but needed a bit of encouragement and more challenging tasks which inspired creativity. The goal was to get them to perform at the top of their class alongside their peers by the end of the semester. I achieved this goal, first, by encouraging the students to properly manage their school/class schedule. This included revision of their course materials, and the completion of homework in a timely manner. While the goal was strictly for academics, I insisted on discipline and encouraged good behavior among my students, their peers, teachers, and administrators. As a salesperson located in Kampala (capital city), I helped maintain the organization's clientele, but also expand our products (handmade crafts) to wider audiences and outlets including supermarkets, hotel gift shops, trade fairs, etc. However, to maintain our regular clients and attract new ones, I played the role of a quality control officer and emphasized on the top quality of our products.
