I started on the phones handling deposit accounts and in less than a year I was brought on to a team to assist with the implementation of a new system called FiServ. I rewrote over 400 Genius documents to assist the Bankers with their calls, was involved with testing the system, training and data entry. I walked the floor for 2 weeks assisting the Bankers with the new system. I am now part of the Process and Productivity team. As part of this team, I've been apart of improving the IVR and was a part of implementing the new CoBrowse function, along with the new eChat Team.I use MSOffice on a daily basis to run reports, perform audits, create process maps and update documents.

In this role I work several reports a day to make sure that we are following the regulations involved with the bank industry. I work with Regulation D and Regulation E on a daily basis, making sure that we are following the guidelines. I also review my partners reports to make sure that what was on that report was completed accurately. I work projects and remediation's as they come up. I also create coaching's for the front line employees based on the reports that I work.I am a part of the Employee Engagement Council where I work on several projects, one of which I am co-lead on. I make sure that we stay in budget, setup meetings and create communications.

I assisted patients with showers, ambulating them, meals and rotating them if they were immobile. I also took vitals 3 times a shift and had to enter all the data into the computer system.

I cared for 45 residents at a time, 10 of which were total care. I bathed 2 residents a night, assisted with getting the resident in and out of bed. Every 2 hours I would rotate the 10 residents and make sure they stayed clean and dry throughout the night. I also did vitals, passed out the nightly snack and entered all the data into the Kiosk system called Point Care Tracker.

With being the host I was in charge of handling the promotional giveaways for money and prizes, and I had to run an hourly report so that the computer could pick the winner. I also made sure the VIP guests received their food and drink orders. I assisted with checking guests in and out of the hotel, along with answered the incoming calls into the casino and making the hotel reservations.

I wrote Homeowners and Automobile Insurance Policies in various states, and had to learn multiple computer systems for that. I also had to be familiar with the website, so that I could assist the customers with navigation.For about 4 months I worked for the Mortgage Lite Department, which made me the first point of contact for the customer when applying for a home loan. I would enter the customers basic information and if they were qualified I would send their application to the Mortgage Department.

I met with clients to review their upcoming events, and handle the room reservation requirements. It was my responsibility to make sure that the reservations were made and the billing was setup correctly before the guests checked into the hotel. I assisted with answering incoming calls into the hotel, attended daily meetings with all of the department heads to review the events for the day, and also attended the weekly financial meeting. For the Sales and Catering department, I typed up their BEO's and letters to give to their clients and any other office duties assigned to me.
