I also work hand-in-hand with our internal departments to set pricing, negotiate concessions, coordinate delivery and installation expectations, and mitigate and manage pre and post order risks. Agility, prioritizing, time management, and process improvement are key aspects of my day. As a Senior on my team I interview potential candidates, train and mentor new hires, coordinate ongoing monthly Lunch and Learns, and continuously evaluate process improvement for our department based on our three pillars of success: productivity, quality, customer services.
