First of all, I'd love for you to pause for a moment and consider: What has been the best part of your day?Now for the other stuff: I'm a marketing and communications professional with project management, product marketing, and multi-faceted writing experience. I studied public relations at the University of Georgia (go Dawgs) and continued to ponder the idea of my "dream job."For over three years, I managed communications at MARR Addiction Treatment Centers where I created and shared clinical resources, alumni stories, and hope for families struggling with the disease of addiction. Then I joined the team at the Atlanta Bar, connecting legal professionals from around the city through education and training, purposeful networking, and service opportunities.In October 2021, I joined the marketing team at Arete, where I manage integrated marketing for our growing suite of products and services. Arete is a global cyber risk company whose mission is to transform the way organizations prepare for, respond to, and prevent cybercrime.I like transforming words, design, and processes to make things run smoother, look cleaner, and work more efficiently. I'm often asking "Is there a better way?" I am a purpose-driven person, and that's what I try to shape my life around.Writing has always been the outlet through which I can best express myself. I believe that words have the power to change minds, drive actions, and bring people together.
