I am primarily focused on helping large retail and healthcare customers in the east region leverage big data capabilities to open a new world of analytics that can help them transform data into knowledge, recognize patterns, and predict future outcomes. My goal is to help my customers realize value with big data, cloud, and the internet of things solutions.

I was focused on working with senior business and information technology leadership to understand the analytical challenges in their organization in order to architect solutions to solve business needs. I helped guide customers to comprehensive analytical solutions based on industry best practices and trends. I demonstrated the customer specific value of Oracle’s Analytical portfolio and integration along with providing expertise for any architectural or technical questions. The most important part of my role was ensuring I provide a solution that positions a customer for success.

I was responsible for working to establish a Business Architecture Practice within the Enterprise Data and Information Management Office at Citizens Financial Group (CFG) that would provide shared services across the enterprise with a goal to optimize fragmented business capabilities and move towards an integrated environment that would be responsive to change, supportive of business strategy, and the consumption of quality information to achieve business goals. As part of my responsibilities, I worked to start designing a Business Architecture Framework to align the business capabilities across all business units and product lines. The most important part of my role was to work to provide transparency and a common language that offers senior management a holistic view of the business strategies, capabilities, products, solutions, information and needs.

I was a release manager for the Business Analyst team that was responsible for process development, project scope, and the successful delivery of Home Lending Services analytical solutions. I led business analyst efforts from requirements gathering to user acceptance testing. I engaged with the business to identify strategic priorities and aligned them to key performance indicators to increase visibility into tangible benefits to justify project funding. I collaborated across teams to continuously improve communication and project delivery methodology. The most important part of my role was to understand the business needs and communicate them effectively to the technology group to ensure successful delivery of a comprehensive analytical solution.

I consulted with a top-performing regional bank to develop and implement a project methodology for the delivery of a comprehensive analytical solution. I performed high-level business analysis which resulted in requirements based on a top-down business intelligence approach for Mortgage Originations, Sales Analysis, Employee Management, and Customer Service. I identified project risks, created risk mitigation plans, and collaborated with the project management team to ensure project tasks were on schedule. I managed a release specific Business Analyst team, assigned roles and responsibilities, conducted daily team meetings, and managed resources to a project plan. The most important part of my role was helping my customer successfully scope, plan, and execute a multi-phased business intelligence project.

I was focused on collaborating with the business to define capabilities, provide business process flows, and requirements for management reporting to effectively drive organizational change. I managed business intelligence projects from the concept process to executing user acceptance testing. I engaged with the Organizational Change Management team to develop effective communication plans for the business and worked with the Data Management Board to ensure strategy aligned with business needs. The most important aspect of my job was to be an effective liaison between the business and technology group to ensure the successful delivery of analytical projects that aligned with the business goals.

I consulted with a major US retailer to develop reporting, data, and technical requirements for business intelligence applications. I translated business requirements into reports, scorecards, and dashboards for solution development. I developed Market Basket Analysis and Affinity Analysis applications that enabled the customer to increase revenue and reduce costs. I performed problem solving techniques to relate business issues to the underlying data to increase productivity. The most important part of my role was working with the customer to understand their challenges and opportunities in order to translate them into the successful development of analytical solutions.

I was responsible for managing the technology needs of the Administration on campus including the President’s Office, Advancement, Purchasing, Human Resources, Finance, Bursar, and Facilities Management. I developed requirements and managed implementation of new technology campus-wide. I developed and conducted training courses for business users. The most important aspect of my job was to understand the technology needs of the administration and ensure that expectations were successfully met in a timely manner.

I performed Business Systems project implementation and training for the Research and Development part of Tredegar Film Products including the pilot plant. I worked with engineers, chemist and lab technicians, and line operators to provide technical troubleshooting and support.
