I assist in the training of new hires for the print department of the GIADC. I also take part in the ongoing training and development with the veteran artists, ensuring both creative and company standards are upheld in each ad designed. I assist in the training of both Gannett and commercial sites, helping launch new sites, and assisting in the ongoing training of the sites. I design E-blasts with creative and training-related material for artists to reference when building ads, and also help develop workshops to promote a team environment and to increase creativity in the work produced by our artists.

I assisted the Training and Quality team with reviewing the work of new hires and veteran artists to make sure everything that was sent out was error-free and followed the GIADC SOPs.Point Person for Rochester, NY RE/MAX team. I headed the project to retain the RE/MAX campaign. I worked closely with the supervisors and TQs to bring the InDesign templates up to date, develop a realtor InDesign library, and clean up the look of their weekly ads.
