• A self-starter with proven public procurement experience providing start-to-finish support to government and MASH sector users to engage contingent and contract resources from multiple service categories• Able to deliver projects, reports, and other high priority work on strict deadlines in an environment with constantly changing priorities• Implemented new programs for client-user groups; employed vital Change Management initiatives to gain adoption• Draft and initiate advanced service level agreements, performance vendor management reviews, and analyze contract performance metrics on request in addition to in-depth quarterly program reviews for each client• Utilize BI tools to customize and provide data analytics, quarterly metrics, and financial reporting data for VMS and Managed Service Provider MSP Programs supporting thousands of public sector users.• Ability to interpret and implement corporate policy across program activities• Engaged with others using active communication skills to develop trust and meaningful relationships; proven experience addressing conflict and rebuilding allegiance• Extensive experience developing reports for and delivering presentations to senior management (C-level, Executive level, and key stakeholders) • Ensure program SLAs and KPIs are met and frequently exceeded for each reporting period for multiple clients• Provide strategic and practical guidance for the development of Statement of Work Documentation, • Mentor and provide support to Flextrack’s public sector team, including orientation and training for critical positions• Actively assist in business transformation functions to improve the results of internal business units (and external client initiatives) by demonstrating creativity, employing continuous improvement, and future-focused, strategic thinking• Act as vendor liaison for 600+ suppliers, including training and maintaining positive relationships
