This involved working directly with students to facilitate communication, ensuring students were continuously on track, and providing support in their learning experience where necessary.- Oversaw a team of five interpreters on a daily basis. This involved holding monthly team meetings where we created a plan that best utilized the team's skills to support our students and communicating this plan to the Wake County central staff.- Worked every day to break down complex topics to students in a way they understood. This involved studying the topics in-depth, creating an education plan for the students, then overseeing this plan daily. This supported the student's ability to maintain the pace of class without falling behind.
