Guides implementation teams in delivering state of the art analytical solutions using SAS products such as SAS Visual Analytics and SAS Visual Investigator to provide SAS customers with graphical interfaces to address fraudulent activity, improve performance, and make qualified business decisions.

Provided professional services to SAS Business Intelligence Clients in the United States.

Angela was involved in presales and consulting services for Business Intelligence implementation and support services. Tasks included facilitating requirement discussions, determining design strategies, managing technical teams, and delivering services and solutions.

Over 950 members of American Society of Quality are affiliated with the Raleigh Section. As Chair, responsibilities include presiding over meetings and upholding Society Bylaws, Policies and Procedures, and the Section Operating Agreement. (Positions Held: Section Chair 2007-2009, Chair-Elect 2006-07, Certification Chair 2003-06)

Angela completed all things 'SAS' for Tekelec. Saving time/money/materials for her user community to access real data/statistical information immediately. She also was able to represent the company at QuEST Forum TL 9000 Measurements Standards meetings and was elected by that volunteer organization as Co-Chair of the committee responsible for editing that standard.

Angela represented Corporate Quality to ISO 9001 External Auditors during audits around the country.

Angela acted as the Quality Engineer for the satellite development center, facilitating process improvements including a reengineered problem report lifecycle and an associated internal management system of problem reports. She also began her corporate career with SAS software at Fujitsu, automating GR929 reports to the Corporate Quality office.
