In this position, I oversee the complete operation of the company and ensure all goals are met based on the company's short and long-term objectives and strategic plans. I build workforce and leadership development programs enabling people, teams, and organizations to achieve their goals in times of rapid change, decreased budgets, and short implementation cycles. I lead and manage a team of curriculum developers and trainers to design and deliver engaging blended learning training sessions for all learning styles. I develop evaluation processes and analyze data to implement improvements that increase the effectiveness of training sessions. In this role, I deliver Mind Gym’s 90-minute ILT workshops, coaching sessions, role-playing, and management games with applications such as PowerPoint, GoToMeeting, and Zoom. I utilize Facebook groups, newsletters, and coaching sessions to stay connected with the Mind Gym network. I maintain the calendar to show my current availability and confirm via the Coach Portal. I spearheaded the instructional strategy and guided internal and external instructional design teams and peers through materials review and feedback. I established an innovative course map and learning framework consisting of HR courses, consultative selling, and systems training that incorporated learning objectives and facilitator talk tracks to ensure consistent messaging. I collaborated with Sales Managers to launch inside sales training campaigns for Fortune 500 clients. I attended project meetings to share information with stakeholders and SMEs to steer data-driven decision-making. I communicated with clients regarding roll-out plans and training objectives.
