Created a category solution for Digital Imaging in a large retailer that included the participation of 12 suppliers and retail leaders. The program offered efficiencies and consistency for the category in all stores and ultimately created a better shopping experience for the consumer.• Led a team who worked directly with the suppliers to ensure expectations were met and overall business plans/ strategies were achieved. • Negotiated and executed the individual contracts.• Managed a $5MM P&L for the program and forecasted additional new business growth in the category of $500K.• Quarterly/ annual business reviews with all stakeholders.• Directly involved with the RFP process for several key clients/programs in Electronics.

The program offered efficiencies and consistency for the category in all stores and ultimately created a better shopping experience for the consumer.• Key contact with retail Buyers/ Directors for the PC/ tablet category.• Led a team of 5 that worked directly with the suppliers to ensure their expectations were met and overall business plans and strategies were achieved.• Negotiated and executed all of the supplier contracts ($5MM).• Managed the P&L for the program and forecasted additional new business growth in the category of $1MM.• Quarterly/ annual business reviews with all stakeholders which resulted in renewed contracts for the following year.

Played an integral role in building a category solution for video games in a large retailer ($50MM). The program included 40+ gaming suppliers. (The program is still active today.)• Managed the business relationship with key video game suppliers including their individual contracts, special projects, weekly reporting and quarterly/ annual reviews - $18MM.• Expanded the video game software program to include the interactive units available for consumers to play in retail which resulted in an additional $1MM revenue. Our team reduced the downtime of an interactive unit at retail from 60 days to 7.• Incorporated productivity and tax software into the gaming program for an additional $2MM in revenue. Managed the relationship with those suppliers as well.
