The role consisted of all of the above, but also involved creating heat transfers in house (on a Roland machine) and pattern print files for digital sublimation for the Turkey factory and was on a much quicker lead-time (4-8 weeks) than that of the professional clubs, a lot of quick thinking, patience and stamina was needed in this department.I also worked on the retail side at rugby matches, selling the GB/England Rugby League merchandise.
