Full Service Event Consulting, including but not limited to location scouting, catering, bar services, entertainment services.

Head of the event and banquet arm of the Food and Beverage Department. Primary contact for members and prospects interested in having any event on the club’s premises. Sells and markets the facility as an event venue option within the membership and to the outside community. Ensures the contract is properly filled out, collects deposits, meets with clients for menu and service selections and processes billing of all golf and non-golf events. Lead event manager through the entire event process from cultivation to execution. Point of contact with event related vendors, negotiates pricing to create revenue opportunities by offering additional services and getting the most competitive rates. Works directly with the Food and Beverage Manager and Chef to create banquet packets with relevant pricing and offerings; creating banquet event forms to ensure proper communication of event expectations for all staff involved. Collaborates with the Membership Sales Manager on member appreciation, signature and member cultivation events and works closely with the Head Golf Professional on all golf related tournaments and outings as the point of contact for the Food and Beverage Department. Manages the event calendar for the Country Club and leads the Social Committee along with the Social Chair on the Board of Governors for the Country Club. Responsible for preparing and sending all golf, club sponsored and non-golf event required data to Senior Management weekly.

Lead coordinator on annual business school events and fundraisers, such as the golf tournament fundraiser, Dean’s fundraiser dinner and scholarship luncheon. Schedules and coordinates business school alumni events, affinity club events, conferences and/or requested services including reserving conference rooms on campus or off-site venues, determining catering needs, preparing program materials, tracking various expenditures and revenues, collecting RSVPs and maintaining any necessary records.
