The Manager oversees the day-to-day operations and development of company Resource Centers. This position supervises, coordinates, and is accountable for the daily work of the Retail Sales Consultants who provide facilitated enrollment services for under age 65 products including Qualified Health Plans (QHP), Essential Plan (EP), Safety Net (SN) Programs - Medicaid/Medicaid Managed Care (MA/MMC), Child Health Plus (CHP) and enrollment in Medicare programs, such as Medicare Advantage, PDP, and Medicare Supplement. This role provides appropriate resources, coaching, and training for staff to optimize performance and member experience. The position requires a systematic approach to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency within our retail facilities.The Manager also provides input on strategy in response to changing marketing dynamics, while incorporating feedback from staff and consumers.

The Retail Sales Consultant position is responsible for increasing and retaining direct-pay health plans sold to individual consumers utilizing consultative selling skills. This position is fully dedicated to the Health Plan’s in-person retail sales/service locations (examples include, but aren't limited to Resource Centers, company lobbies, and/or sales kiosks).The Retail Sales Consultant position is also responsible for driving traffic to their respective retail location through increased exposure within a given sales region along with collaborating and tracking ROI with the local Retail Sales team members – including but is not limited to Field Sales Representatives, Medicare Retention Specialist Community Engagement Program Manager and Marketplace Facilitated Enroller with ongoing sales support. As a visible representative of our entire suite of Direct Pay programs, the incumbent professionally represents the Organization and its offerings, engendering confidence and commitment to professional standards.
