I launched and managed a new coworking space in the South Loop where driven business owners can be coached, get connected, and find access to capital. I oversaw the Mox.E Women group that meets to support women professionals in their development and growth. I also supported underrepresented founders who have a dream to launch, grow and scale their own business. I managed and operated a local corporate 9Round Club based out of Greenville, SC, running the operations for the gym location as well as heading up all the training for the members. As head trainer I participated and led other trainers to train members, keep an impeccable gym, sell memberships and develop relationships. As manager I headed up all marketing for my location and was involved with creating and participating in local, grassroots marketing events, along with managing all of our social media accounts for my club. I managed our CMS for the webpage and our CRM system called Club Ready. Since I managed one of 4 corporate locations for 9Round, I also trained all new franchise owners in a group and one-on-one setting. During the training camp week, they spent evenings doing OTJ training sessions with me at my club where I was able to teach them how to logistically run an effective club, creating marketing events, business-to-business programs, social media management, website management, customer engagement, and manage all online operations.
