MAJOR PROJECTS INCLUDE:Creating Accurate Kit Cost Analysis – Linking cost barcodes to all mfg printing inventory to appropriate the accurate cost average to all Kits (Private Label Apparel). Project duration approximately 18 months incorporated multiple coworkers including the printing department, purchasing and inventory analysis. The project required the restructure of item assignments in retail pro to connect to the finished products. Creating accurate kit cost analysis was an extremely labor intensive project that required a critical thought process, tedious consistency and regular departmental follow-ups. The overall purpose of the project was to correctly identify the cost of kits (private label apparel) and to lock down the most accurate inventory numbers for the manufacturing department. Angela O’Mahony created and directed this project.Consistency Method for Product Titling in Kits – Directly in charge of creating titles “style names” and assigning sku numbers for all product development and private label goods. This is also known as “Package and Kit” products. Created a consistency method that attached the vendor style number of the garment silhouette to the apparel design, which was accountable for the group of styles in all of the inventory system. The purpose and benefits included the ease and accessibility of reporting similar garments, maintaining price actions and analysis supported visual displays as well as marketing brand image through consistency. Angela O’Mahony created and directed this project.Shipping Terms Manual – The purpose of the shipping terms manual was to notify vendors of what they were and were not allowed to do when providing the purchasing company with merchandise.
