Developed and presented 3-year strategies for EU Fulfillment Center topology, launch, and design as the EU FC Capacity Planner on the Long Term Planning and Strategy Team. These strategies gained alignment on the construction, site selection, launch, and design of 5 FCs. Developed new processes and analytical methods to determine the FC strategy as the first EU FC Capacity planner for AMXL. Key accomplishments:-Lead weekly cross organizational Senior Leadership calls to drive alignment on FC Topology strategy.-Lead ambiguous decision making across cross-functional teams to execute the long term strategy.-Made FC Topology Optimization model improvement recommendations which provided a $5MM/yr impact.-Built a bin assignment optimization model (Python) to determine where to place inventory to improve building utilization ($10M/yr savings through improved designs). -Built a cost-benefit model to determine how much capacity to build for variable demand
