Team Impact is a non-profit organization that matches children facing serious illness and disability with college sports teams. As a Team Impact Fellow, my role is to facilitate connections between kids and athletic teams, help present to coaches or hospital staff, and encourage team engagement around campus.

Attended meetings and networking events. Learned about economics and the business world through guest speakers. Gained knowledge of investing and met peers with similar interests.

As a member of the Division 1 Women's Rowing Team at UCLA, I dedicate 20+ hours to practice and travel each week. Represent my team on the Student-Athlete Leadership Committee and the Bruin Athletic Council.

Worked in a cloud-based interface, and excel while completing data entry of 100+ athletes. Learned how to manage confidential information best and keep it secure. Worked to improve athlete experience and streamline processes within Sports Marketing. Engaged in weekly meetings and assisted my team around the office. Met with people cross-functionally throughout Nike, and competed in a cross-intern competition called Combine. Assisted my team at WNBA All-Star Weekend through organizing and sorting through dozens of boxes, setting up athlete room drops of gear, assisting in athlete appearances and scheduling. Worked on a intern project throughout the summer and presented it to fellow interns and Nike employees during my final week.

Coached high school girls and taught the fundamentals of rowing, with the goal of strengthening work ethic and teamwork in a fun and competitive environment.
