Back in 2005, I began working in the construction industry. As a tenured financial and business development professional, I’ve worked from within to develop and implement best-in-class enterprise processes, metrics, and financial controls that continuously improve service, quality, and performance leading to organizational evolution and growth. The construction industry is complex and ever-changing, but through smart financial and strategic planning efforts this industry can continue to be resilient and thrive.
