I am not only to make customer satisfaction, but also must negotiate with customers at company point of view in order to avoid unnecessary customer claims.MAJOR ACHIEVEMENT:■ Led Compal SDBG FQM department for Field Quality Management and warranty claims data analytics & negotiation to reduce unreasonable claims from warranty claims data by average 33.20%. ■ Led Compal PCBG KSP4-FATP QA department 2 for IoT Manufacture Quality Management and customer complaint handling to dramatically reduce DOA to less than 300 DPPM from over 1,200 DPPM.■ Led AEWIN QA division to dramatically reduce customer complaint cases (reduced 29.63% in 2022) to improve “Design”, ”Materials" & “Manufacture” quality, and then can make customer satisfaction.■ Led AEWIN QS team, implementing, administratoring and auditing for ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems and C-TPAT certificate.■ Worked effectively to coordinate internal/external resources to drive field quality improvement, Customer Complaint Handling and Root Cause Analysis.■ Worked effectively to define test scope & manage and ensure the product quality in all of its development stages.■ Worked effectively to monitor, track and predict FFR trend, and then can drive quality related issues improvement.■ Worked effectively to train external service centre agents and co-operate with QAs. ■ Worked effectively to co-operate with customer service engineer and QAs in order to solve customer issues and test products.
