● Plan, project manage, and execute IBM’s presence at partner national conferences ● Develop and socialize diversity recruitment strategy and goals for early career hiring events● Partner with internal stakeholders in negotiation of sponsorship agreements with external ● Manage relationships with external diversity organizations including AISES, AnitaB.org, SWE, SHPE, NSBE, NACME, BEYA, Tapia, AfroTech, and NBMBAA on behalf of Talent acquisition● Compose metrics-based funding requests to secure internal finance approvals● Estimate, allocate, and manage funds across event components including workshops, networking events, hack-a-thons, career expo booth, and interview rooms.● Standup cross functional teams; set roles, responsibilities, and timelines; host project kickoff; lead cadence meetings with internal and external stakeholders; direct on-site event execution; and conduct post-mortems● Partner with internal branding team and tradeshow booth designers to plan, create, and brand IBM booths● Create run-of-show for virtual and in-person event to ensure smooth, on-time execution● Create external email campaigns and promotional assets ● Collaborate with talent marketing team in the design of external event advertisements for print and electronic publications● Source, recruit, and enable internal volunteers to support sourcing events● Analyze applicant tracking and event registration reports to measure return on investment (ROI)Project Team Lead- Accelerate Summer Learning Program (Q1and Q2 of 2021, 2022)● Led two 10-person project teams in support of an 8-week training program with 1,000 external participants ● Led team to develop a needs statement and define project scope● Outlined ways of working, deliverables, timeline, and delivery expectations● Motivate and hold team accountable for on time and high standard of work products● Deliver trainings to 700+ viewers on topics including resume writing and interviewing diversity organizations
