Angela’s foundation in Design and Visual Communication (DVC) is rooted in a BFA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM). The experience at UWM uniquely melds technical and conceptual design fundamentals while engaging in peer collaboration with the Lubar School of Business and the School of Architecture & Urban Planning. Since 2022, Angela is service as a Professor of Practice for the DVC Program and continues to foster collaboration between schools.Driven by a passion for pushing creative boundaries and shaping exceptional brand experiences, Angela ventured into the world of entrepreneurship. She founded Angela & Co. Consulting, (formerly known as ‘The Design Blonde’) in 2020 where she provides speaking engagements, consulting and educational opportunities for a range of audiences. Simultaneously, Angela is the visionary behind Exotic Species, a branding & design studio renowned for its innovative, boundary-pushing branding work.
