- Manage & drive creative direction for women's design team for Lee Asia Pacific region. Including Regional line (Apparel & Accessories ) - Design & product development for collaboration programs & special innovation KPIs - Drive design direction for Mainline, Body Optix , Urban Riders.- Strategically plan head to toe mix & match , in order to upgrade Women's fashion level & brand image.- Actively support project management , in order to maximise business growth opportunity- People Management to develop talents within the team.

- Overlooked I.T in house brand , chief designer of 4 lines - Working closely with CEO, brand director and franchisee to maximize sales & franchisees in China, South East Asia , and expand to online - ASOS (London)-Involve in Brand building& marketing proposals in both Hong Kong &China- working with sales team in order to strategically planned brand position in the market - working closely with merchandising team in order to smoothen Product Development in both Apparel & Accessories.

- In charge of Red-carpet collection ; contribute design for pret-a-porter collection sold globally. - Also work with different collaborations on Accessories : Bags, Shoes & Fashion Accesories. - Collection is presented in New York fashion week, yet base in Xiamen (China) for design and working very closely with production and buying office, in order to cater and create collections suitable for local and international customers.

Work closely with Creative Director - Antonio Marras on Silhouette design, embellishment design & draping. Working on exclusive designs for show pieces for both womenswear & accessories.

-Design for Antonio Marras own exclusive line( LABORATORIO) , Ready to wear (both men’s & women’s ) , and also involve in accessories design. -Other duties also include working on Embroidery design and dress making for Kenzo (LVMH group). Collections are shown during Milan fashion week and Paris fashion week respectively.

SPORT B. PARIS, first design team in Product development to set up the Sport B. design Collection . Working in a team to create and build foundation of the second line for both genders that suit the Asia Pacific region. Categories cover : denim, all category both genders and accessories
