I drove work across the hardware stack from device-side services on our controller (cloud router) to our user-facing Mac app. Personally, I worked on backend state management, the frontend for user onboarding, and internal tools to manage & monitor customer issues. I got to do a lot more product work in this role than I had done previously and love flexing that muscle. -

Then, I contributed to our users, pages, and payments APIs before launching business catalog, a service responsible for ingesting millions of local business records from dozens of sources, deduping, creating a changelog and merge logic. Finally, I initiated a switch to our systems infrastructure team where I supported our underlying AWS infrastructure and led the rework of our alerting systems.Outside of my core teams, I also helped rework our company-wide oncall rotation and worked in a 20% time SRE role for about 6 months. -
