Well, where to begin. The job of an escrow officer - so simple yet so complex. I have been in the title insurance and loan industry since 1997. I started with Security Title in 1997 and worked as an assistant for a couple of years. I had some friends who were loan officers. They convinced me that joining them in the lending field was the best thing next to sliced bread. So being young and adventures, I said "why not". Needless to say lending was an adventure. I did enjoy it but it wasn't the right time for it in my life as I only stayed aboard the lending train for about a year. In 2000 I joined the amazing team at Heritage Title. Everyday is an opportunity to assist real estate professionals and lenders in fulfilling the dreams of homeowners and enriching the lives of many people. Specialties: I am by no means an expert on any level. I do have experience is short sales, foreclosures, subject to closing, plus your everyday residential resale and refinance closings. I work with a variety of investors that tend to have very creative ideas so I often learn a great deal in working with them. What I can say is, "If I don't know, I know someone who does".
