As a marketing executive at The Latin Powerhouse, I executed tasks such as planning and organizing launches, email marketing, web design, content creation, and social media management, mainly focused on Facebook and Instagram. Other tasks included managing client data and providing customer service, using Office platforms, particularly Excel, Kajabi, and Gmail.

YMCA program called BOLD & GOLD that offers leadership outdoor trips designed by young experts. As a wilderness trip instructor my tasks included outdoor trip planning and organization, working with kids to generate trust, community awareness, emotional intelligence and team work. Some of the job requirements were to have the visual and hearing ability to respond in critical situations, the physical and emotional capacity to problem solve in case of any emergency. The job required creative people who are able to manage with few resources, time management in high energy moments and leadership in complicated situations.

As a UX Researcher at Fundación Social del Empresariado, I collaborated with a talented team to conduct qualitative research aimed at enhancing our digital presence and engagement strategies. Our key responsibilities included the following:Developing and executing a comprehensive qualitative research plan. Conducting in-depth interviews with company directors and human resource employees to gather insights into their preferences and needs.Analyzing the collected data to identify patterns and key findings.Utilizing the research insights to develop effective social media strategies tailored to our target audience.Redesigning the foundation's web page to improve user experience based on the preferences and needs identified during our research.This role allowed me to deepen my understanding of user-centered design and research methodologies, while significantly contributing to the foundation's online presence and engagement.
