About Angela Persico

Angela Persico helps clients better understand, communicate, and make decisions about water at their sites. Ms. Persico is an Environmental Scientist with 18 years of site characterization experience. Her work requires in-depth understanding of state and federal regulations and includes interacting with state and federal regulatory agencies on behalf of clients. She plans and executes site assessments, investigations, and characterizations for a variety of sites including mine and mill sites, midstream oil and gas sites, and formerly used defense sites (FUDS) Ms. Persico develops conceptual site models and performs statistical analyses of groundwater in support of hydrologic and geochemical models to determine background concentrations and develop groundwater compliance limits and/or alternate concentration limits (ACLs). She has led human health and ecological risk assessors in determination of risk for abandoned mine sites, FUDS, a uranium mine site, and a National Preserve. Ms. Persico’s clients include mining companies, tribes, federal, state, and municipal agencies. Ms. Persico also has experience in health and safety leadership and managing health and safety programs.
