We piloted the product in multiple stores in Mexico and generated a 13% month-over-month increase in sales for them.Fijo is LatAm's first physical-store native intelligent customer data, engagement, and retention platform (B2B SaaS). It is a tool that incentivizes consumption through data-enriched relationships. In LatAm, direct relationships and experiences drive purchases. Though 94% of total retail sales in LatAm ($2.3B market) still happen in the physical-store, there is very little visibility on customer shopping behavior in-store and through direct seller-customer relationships (currently large % of sales happen through WhatsApp, SMS, calls). -
