Free Wheelchair Mission is a humanitarian, faith-based nonprofit that designs and manufactures cost-efficient, durable wheelchairs for developing countries around the world.In collaboration with a network of like-minded partners, Free Wheelchair Mission has distributed nearly 1.4 million wheelchairs to people living with disabilities in 94 developing countries around the world, providing renewed dignity, independence, and hope through the gift of mobility, at no cost to the recipient.

Lead a comprehensive major donor development program that identifies, engages, ministers to, develops, and grows current and potential major donors. Manage the major donor development program, increase the involvement of donors, and increase the total major donor contributions.

Responsible for coordinating and implementing cost-effective fundraising and supporting communication and program activities.Liaison between March of Dimes, its volunteers, and the local community.Accountable for recruiting volunteer participation, corporate participation, and sponsorship within Orange County. Accountable for recruitment, orientation, training, and monitor performance of volunteers to organize events that meet or exceed fundraising goals.Work with media to publicize mission/events, and secure local sponsorship for WalkAmerica to heighten public awareness and reach fundraising goals.Responsible for recruitment, orientation, training, and supervision of temporary staff.

Responsible for the oversight and tracking of all marketing efforts.Accountable for acquisition and tracking of Company Account Program, School Lunch Program and Fundraising Program for 14 restaurants. Interface with Long Beach and Whittier Union School districts to ensure company maintains a high level of service.Work directly with restaurants’ local Chamber of Commerce and Community Service offices.Cold call potential customers and offer recommendations answer product and service questions, and delineate competitive advantages to solicit initial sales meeting.Maintain and manage client documentation, and update real-time account information in database.Directly train and supervise over 14 employees concerning monthly national promotions, including pricing and Point of Purchase (POP) Kits.Handle numerous Human Resource functions and issues regarding payroll, insurance, and restaurant operations material.Analyze and resolve credit card fraud and bad check problems.Coordinate and facilitate company events holiday party, which includes budgeting for entertainment, catering, employee gifts and awards.Organize and supervise quarterly employee incentive off-sites.Successful expansion of company customer base by over 53%.
