Current- Built FinDev Canada’s marketing and communications team from inception, which included hiring and training; creation of team systems and processes; creation of interdepartmental communications channels and processes; identification, hiring and onboarding of external suppliers; among others. - Led the creation, execution and measurement of successful cross-channel communications strategies that positioned the organization across its target audiences with impactful messaging. These strategies built an audience of close to 18k followers across three platforms, with an average engagement rate of 7%, well above the average of 2.5-5% for the financial industry. - Created and led sub-areas of the marketing and communications team including media relations and crisis management, website management, events support, internal communications, content creation, among others.- Created impactful cross-platform, cross-format content to position key messaging about the organization, its mandate, objectives, and impact across multiple international audiences. - Served as spokesperson for media inquiries and led the training of subject-matter experts for media interviews. - Created the board game Unequalopolis, a strategic promotional tool to shed light on the impact of women’s economic participation in the global economy through gamification and experiential play. The board game was featured in several global development events, such as Women Deliver 2019, and received great comments from international development professionals and leaders. - Led the team that launched the "Highlighting potential: private sector investment in emerging markets" art exhibit in Montreal, featuring FinDev Canada’s client stories of how sustainable economic growth can lead to positive impact in economic development, women’s economic empowerment and climate action. - Mentored and coached team members to improve their skills and performance and achieve corporate and professional objectives.
