Responsible for interviewing and hiring all employees at Sain Engineering Associates, Inc. Conduct all phone Interviews, coordinate and participate in various career fairs and college campus interviews, compose and present offers to upcoming hires, administer resume searches for open positions; develop and update job descriptions, coordinate and book.

As the Recruiting Manager, I am responsible for the managing the coordination of college intern, co-op, and full time recruiting efforts while building lasting relations. Manage up to eight interns a semester. Conduct phone and In-person Interviews, coordinate and participate in various career fairs and college campus interviews, compose and present offers.

• Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, testing and recommending applicants for clerical, technical (Java and COBOL), accounting, customer service and professional positions throughout the company.
• Review position description and details of the specifications of the posting criteria along with the requestor.
• Source applicants internally and externally. Review and analyze resumes according to the posting and select candidates for testing and interviews.
• Responsible for 40 openings at a time on average.
• Act as an advisor to managers
• Responsible for quarterly projects

• Recruited and focused in the placement of Sales, Administrative Assistants, Engineers/Architects, IT/Programmers, Web Developers, Quality Assurance/Mechanical/Civil Engineers, Project Managers, Warehouse/Operations.
• Possess excellent knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes including sourcing, negotiating terms and rates for each opening, interviewing, reference checking, background verifications, screened potential candidates.
• Work closely with Human Resource Managers and VP’s in filling vacant positions. Effectively obtained job orders through Internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking, and other strategies.
• Responsible for cold calling 50 contacts a week
• While with VIP, I have achieved Recruiter of the month (highest in collections out of 13 recruiters) in June 2005 and May 2006 and Job Order Winner March, May, July 2005 and February, April, June 2006.
