Provide oversight, direct daily work activities and set priorities for the HR department at Oconee Nuclear Station. Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management at Oconee Nuclear Station. Consult with management on all issues related to human resources, employee relations, organization development, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
